Roanoke Va Election 1964 Vincent Wheeler Sewing Kit. Wheeler was the Mayor of Roanoke from 1958 to 1960 and owned Wheeler's Laundry & Cleaning, a well known Roanoke dry-cleaners. This would make a great addition to any Roanoke Virginia or political history collection.
