Here is something you don't see everyday! This came right off the ceiling of my local Orchard Hardware Supply store in Naples Florida. This hung from the ceiling and pointed to the location of the bathrooms. Sign is double sided with bathroom text which means it's orientation can be flipped to point either left or right while still being visible from both sides.
Signs measures:
approximately 48 inches long, 17.5 inches tall (top arrow point to bottom arrow point) and approximately 1.5 inches thick. Item has just over 5ft of braided cable for hanging. Buyer will have to terminate the cable ends on the ceiling side; and something as simple as a wire rope clip would do the trick depending on the application in which it is hung.
Condition:
Some conditional issues present. Sold as found. Material is chip board with some type of hard density foam lettering which is painted black. One of the capital "R" letters has damage where something pushed and compressed the foam. Also, one of the letter "M" has a small imperfection resulting in the white foam being visible and one of the letter "O" has a indention but it did not break through (as pictured). This could easily be touched up with black paint to made it blend in and almost undetectable. Chipboard arrow corners have slight chipping (as pictured). A light scuff  or imperfection here and there on the painted letters can be expected but are very minor (see photos). Overall if this item is hung above head your not going to notice the mentioned issues,  but if you inspect it close up the issues are present so must be mentioned no matter how small they maybe... so that there are no surprise for the buyer or seller. Item is sold as seen so please review ALL photos before bidding. Thanks for looking!
