    Joanne White was the first woman to serve on the City Council in Dell Rapids, South Dakota. These campaign posters were from her effort. They are slightly discolored from age and the larger one has a couple of thumb tack holes from where it was displayed. The larger one is about 14” by 22” and the smaller one is about 12” by 18”. Seller is a longtime political memorabilia collector.
