    The holiday greetings have 2 images of Herbert E. Thomas who was Ulster County Treasurer from 1929-1931, They show a drawn body with a photo head. Thomas also ran the family business, Charles M. Thomas Sons Printers at 23 Crown St. in Kingston. He resided at 135 Emerson St., Kingston.
