Please note that 10mm,13mm,20mm,25mm & 50mm are supplied flat, the diameter is still the same as stated in listing.
Flat measurement:
diameter of 10mm = 15mm flat
diameter of 13mm = 20mm flat
diameter of 20mm = 32mm flat
diameter of 25mm = 40mm flat
diameter of 50mm = 80mm flat
Structure:
Halogen free heat shrinkable tube is developed environment-friendly flame retardant heat shrinkable tube, using specially designed formulation of high polymers, through cross-link by electronic accelerator and continuous expansion. It performs environment friendly, flexible flame retardant, quick shrink and stable characteristics. It has passed 600V/300V certificate.
Usage:
Usage: Electrical insulation, welding point anti-corrosion, mechanical protection.
Application range: Electronics, communication, automobiles, shipping and other manufacturing range.
Product Characteristics:
Halogen free, non-smoke, non-toxic & flame retardant.
Shrink ratio: 2:1.
Shrinking temperature: 84~120°C.
Soft, quick shrink & stable performance.
Operating temperature: -45~125°C.
Due to the way the heat shrink is manufactured, it may be a little larger than its stated pre-shrunk size, however it will always shrink back to 50% of the pre-shrunk stated size.
