Very good condition - Shows normal, played with, signs of wear for a toy of this age - Tent has a few tears on vinyl but metal support frames are included. Numerous stains on vinyl panels, a few vinyl tears at the usual pressure points, sink and stove stickers have "bubbled", other stickers show wear - some heavier than others, left side passenger door has bent/creased, rust on metal clip of fold down rear door, some discoloration spots on plastic frame, plastic faucet appears to have been melted or glue put on it I can't really tell. Wheels roll smoothly, and camper still makes a great display item. See photos for details.
